Annapolis, MD - The City of Miami Beach (City) has engaged The Concourse Group, LLC (Concourse) as its public private partnership (P3) development advisor for development of affordable and workforce housing projects at multiple locations throughout the City.
The City intends to partner with the private sector to develop workforce housing in municipal-led development projects at existing or new residential buildings and new mixed-use parking garages, as well as other locations as available. Concourse will assist with the competitive procurement process, the development of procurement documents, evaluation of technical and financial capabilities of potential partners for the City, and participate in the negotiation process.
Tom Shea, a former Concourse principal, said, “Concourse is well suited to assist the City with this exciting P3 program. Our affordable housing team, led by industry-veteran John Benton, understands how to overcome the challenges in providing quality affordable and workforce housing and is looking forward to being a part of this important program.”
