CONCOURSE SELECTED AS DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR

Annapolis, MD, May 20th, 2016 - the Housing Opportunities Commission (HOC) of Montgomery County, Maryland has selected The Concourse Group as its development adviser for development of a mixed-income housing development in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland.

The project, consisting of 124 units, will be developed on a 1+/- acre site at 900 Thayer Ave. The site is within walking distance from the downtown office market, 1.5 blocks from Whole Foods Market, and 4 blocks from the Silver Spring red line Metrorail station. The project was made possible through HUD's RAD conversion program and a combination of funding sources.
