PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS

The City of Miami Beach has engaged Concourse as its public-private partnership (P3) development advisor for development of affordable and workforce housing projects. The City intends to partner with the private sector to develop housing in municipal-led development projects at existing residential buildings, vacant city owned land, existing mixed-use parking garages and other available locations.
Concourse assists with: Real estate feasibility and neighborhood analysis, conceptual development and site analysis, project finance and development analysis, procurement support, leadership and staff support, facilitate competitive procurement process, development of procurement documents, evaluation of technical and financial capabilities of potential partners and participate in the negotiation process
