The Housing Authority of the City of El Paso (HACEP), the 14th largest housing authority in the United States, provides safe, decent and affordable housing for assisted families living at or below 80 percent of area median income. HACEP has been approved by HUD to convert its entire 6,039-unit public housing stock through the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program.
Under this program, the ownership of the current public housing stock will be turned over to local HACEP ownership.
Concourse is supporting HACEP with the RAD conversion and leveraging a variety of debt and equity investments to update its housing stock over the next six years.
