ARMY HOUSING DIVISION TAPS CONCOURSE TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

The Concourse Group LLC (Concourse) has been awarded a 5-year Firm Fixed Price Contract to continue assisting the Army G9 Housing office under the Technical Engineering and Professional Services (TEPS) program.

Concourse supports the Army Housing Division with a wide range of real estate, economic, finance, and technical advice to maximize the efficiency of the Army’s portfolio which spans across over 140 installations.

The Concourse team of economists, planners, and technical staff is responsible for performing data validation across multiple databases including HQIIS, eMH, RPLANS, ISR, GFEBS, and others. The team creates life-cycle economic analysis models for evaluating Army owned housing and barracks projects, reviews key metrics, provides input for master plans, assesses housing and barrack shortfalls/excesses, and supports Green, energy & construction, LEED standard reviews, Cost-Benefit Analyses, Business Case Analyses, Economic Analyses, complex budget reporting, and develops the program objective memoranda (POM).
