The City of Alexandria engaged Concourse to assist with the selection of Developer Partners to undertake the redevelopment of the five prime development sites in Alexandria, Virginia, under HUD’s Mixed Income Housing Program. To support the selection process, Concourse analyzed the developer’s capabilities, financial capacity, and experience to perform all tasks related to large scale, turn-key development projects and completed review and associated due diligence.
Concourse’s scope of work includes supporting negotiations for joint ventures, acquisition, and ground lease agreements; advising in the crafting financial strategies; providing advice relating to real estate financing, including public and private financing, financial management, and asset management; and supporting the closing of complex real estate transactions in a public private partnership arrangement.
