AIR FORCE HOUSING P3

Concourse supported Air Force Military Housing Projects at locations that include projects at Shaw Air Force Base (AFB), SC, Charleston AFB, SC; Arnold AFB, TN; and Keesler AFB, MS; known collectively as the Southern Group. Concourse provided the required real estate finance, asset management, development, and  investment expertise to the Air Force to  facilitate  all  activities leading to the signing of transaction and financial documents and closing of the $308 million, 2,185 unit privatization project.  Concourse was also engaged by the Air Force to provide private-sector financial, asset management, real estate investment and development expertise in support of the Air Force’s Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) at Vandenberg AFB.  The project included obtaining Air Force approval, and involvement in all stages from concept development through selection of the Highest Ranked Offeror (HRO) to the real estate and financial transaction closure. Concourse successfully closed the $163 million, 867 unit privatization project.
