Concourse has over eleven years of experience providing consulting services to its private and public sector clients on federal projects. Our expertise in real estate finance, renewable energy projects, and development, and analysis has resulted in over two billions of dollars worth of successful development projects on federal land. Concourse has supported real estate programs for clients that include the DoD, VA, FAA, and DOJ.  

Real Estate Advisory – Concourse approaches its projects with a thorough understanding of all elements of a real estate transaction, from concept planning and economic modeling, to successful financing and construction and ultimately sale or lease of the project. Concourse draws on the strengths of each of their staff members who possess experience in real estate development, real estate financing and financial analysis, renewable energy, real estate brokerage, land planning, scoring analysis, RFP acquisition process, analysis of economic incentives and public sector consulting. Our prior experience in providing professional real estate consulting services to real estate owners and investors, primarily in the area of multi-family residential, office, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties, provides us with a practical base on which to approach each of our engagements on behalf of our public sector clients.

Concourse projects have resulted in transactions totaling over 9,000 housing units and four million square feet of office space in development or planning, on over 1,200 acres of federal developable land representing billions worth of successful development projects.

Studies and Analysis - Concourse has extensive experience analyzing a wide range of real estate projects including multi-family residential, office, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties, and renewable energy project.  Concourse assesses potential strengths and weaknesses of each development scenario and performing feasibility and economic analyses to arrive at an optimal development concept. In preparing these scenarios, Concourse creates financial feasibility models for each alternative, and seeks the input of the investment banker community, developers, builders, architects, land planners and local stakeholders.
